The Thailand First-Timer's Guide is a digital product delivered by instant download, so we don't offer refunds just because you changed your mind — but we want you to be happy with it.
Our 7-day promise
If you're not happy with the guide, email us within 7 days of your purchase at hello@thaitraveltipz.com and we'll sort it out — that usually means a full refund.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Duplicate purchases
Bought the guide twice by accident? Email us the two order confirmations and we'll refund the duplicate.
